Dead Dolphins!

June 10, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Twenty six dolphins died and at least forty were rescued and shepherded back to sea when they became stranded in a creek off the river Fal, near Falmouth in Cornwall UK.Acknowledgement to BBC Cornwall

This is a most unusual event for dolphins and the Royal Navy was quick to say that they had no warships in the area at the time. Funny that ‘cos Freethinkeruk was sailing along that coast and there were warships all over the place. Frigate Helicopters were in abundance and they are known to use sonar detectors while hunting for submarines. Live firing and missile launches also took place on Monday (no good them denying it, freethinkeruk was there and saw it) so may we expect more dead creatures?

In a recent update the Ministry of Defence now confirms ships were in the area after all.
